Continuous Tyre Pyrolysis

Overview of the Technology

Continuous pyrolysis is a modern waste-to-energy process that thermally decomposes tyre rubber into valuable resources such as Tyre Pyrolysis Oil, Carbon Black, and Steel, without oxygen.

Unlike batch pyrolysis, continuous systems like the GS-24 model operate 24/7, feeding raw material and discharging products simultaneously.

Continuous Pyrolysis

Why Continuous is Better than Batch

Higher Throughput

Processes up to 1,000 kg/hr (24 TPD).

Stable Heat Profile

Consistent temperatures improve oil quality and yield.

Lower Fuel Costs

Reuses pyrolysis gas for heating.

Lower Electricity Costs

Compared to batch process, saving electricity costs.

Automation

Minimal manual intervention.

Safer Operation

No frequent openings of hot reactors.

Key Features

Internal Rotating Reactor

Special fins ensure uniform heat transfer.

Double Sealing System

Air-tight feed and discharge for safe operation.

PLC-Controlled Automation

One-click startup after preheating.
